If your friends are your boobs, then I agree, it's due to hormones that start making your milk ducts swell in preparation for a baby. From the middle of your cycle to a few days before you start your next period, you body preps for a possible pregnancy. You milk ducts get prepared and swell. But if you start your period your body will go back to normal but it usually takes a few days.

It's just hormones and water retention. Don't worry about it. Wait a couple of weeks and if you notice any lumps or bumps, see a doctor.

hmm... I don't know. Mine always get bigger and really sensitive the week or two before my period.
