I have the diet part down, im cutting down major on what i eat and drinking water only. Im 5'4 and i weigh 102 but i hope 2 weigh around 95 by my pool party in May... I HAVE 2 be the chick with the hottest body there becuz after all it is MY birthday. I also gotta like live in a tanning bed, but do u have any good hints about getting abs by next month?

Girl, you gotta crunch until the cows come home. I do 500 a day, in intervals of 50. LOTS of cardio works. Thats pretty weird, Im going to a pool party in May, too.
Russian twists-Lie on your bottom ,with your legs up, and twist you hips while holding a medicine ball.
Bicycle-Lie on your back, with your hands behind your head. Put your legs up, forming a 90 degree angle between thighs and calves. Bring one elbow to the opposite knee, and vice versa. Do for 30 seconds.

BTW May isnt next month.

If you check out the boat pose in yoga, you can get some killer abs pretty quickly with those. You dont have to do a million sit ups, it's annoying and time consuming. There are a lot of poses in yoga that will help your abs that don't even take 10 minutes. Here's hopefully a helpful link:

search the internet for multiple workouts that will build and stretch your Abs. There are many different workouts that work the various muscles that make up the Abdominal area. Good luck
