I have this one line right on my spine because it sticks out a little due to scoliosis. It is darker than the rest of my back. Senior prom is coming up and my dress is almost open back. I don't want to look bad for my senior prom. Is there anything i can do to have it go away?

Your best bet would be to see a dermatologist. He would be able to determine if anything can be done to permanently get rid of the darkness.
If that is not an option you wish to pursue, then get yourself some dermablend makeup at the local drug store or upscale department store. It is made specifically for people with birthmarks, scars and port wine stains so it covers beautifully and looks natural when you blend it well.
