The purpose of a shower is to get your body clean. All of your body. So if he felt the need to wash is penis in that matter, then who is to critisize him? In case you don't know, uncircumsized penises are more prone to infection due to the fact that they are covered all the time, and most infections like to live in warm dark places. So he was only doing what was necessary by washing his penis in such a way.

The guy you are talking about sounds like it was me. I use to have insecurity issue when I showered in Junior High and High School but not anymore today. My normal washing routine involves, pulling the foreskin back and soaping up. Then pulling the foreskin back over letting the soap sit inside. By the time I wash and rinse my hair, I soap up my body and once again retract and soap that area once more and while leaving it retracted I rinse off my entire body. Once rinsed off good, I pull it forward again and I'm done.

I don't see the point in taking a shower to clean yourself but not actually cleaning yourself fully. I figure if i can get naked in front of guys, i can clean my penis in front of them. The only time this was an issue was back in middle school, when other kids are curious. I had a tight foreskin so it took awhile to clean and the boy across from me noticed and watched, which was awkward

When I was a kid, my Father told me, we MUST clean under our foreskin because infections can grow in there. Over the years, ESPECIALLY when I was in The Navy, I learned to this anywhere. I had to pull my skin back to soap up & then again to dry. My lover has learned to do the same, I taught him to clean under his foreskin. And when we we do this together, it becomes erotic. Having you watch him, was probably very erotic for him, you just didn't catch on to his "come on's".

If you looked through a microscope and saw all the bacteria and mold on the floors, walls, and handles of public showers, the last thing you'd be worrying about is what the guy next to you is doing.

I would imagine all hygiene-aware men clean their foreskin thoroughly in the shower. I certainly do. If you don't, particularly after a workout, you are going to be smelly and uncomfortable.
Why worry about how another guy takes his shower - unless you think he was hitting on you, which seems doubtful!

The process of cleaning your head/foreskin should only take like 5 or 10 seconds, but you have to remember that rubbing that area does feel very good... so he might have been taking longer on purpose, if you know what I mean. ;)

Is this your way of telling us that your gay?
It seems odd that you would post a question like this. To answer your question with any seriousness at all, forskinned men must take extra time to clean themselves because they could get bacteria and whatnot underneath their forskin

I have never seen it in the gym, but he is doing the right thing. Uncircumsided men could catch something really easy if they dont clean it properly. But maybe this is one of his hobbies, as your hobby is obviously "glancing". Just joking.

He was enjoying making sure all the other guys looked. It's his personal perversion. It doesn't take long to properly clean a penis with a foreskin....a few seconds at most. He was deliberately doing this and you should report it to the people running the gym. He's a pervert and exhibitionist.
