i really wanna use tampons bcuz im sick of using pads! UGH! so disgusting! and i think im ready to use them but im not 100% sure...

Both my sister and mother started using them at age 10. Better than the pads. be careful some women can get toxic syndrome. also some women cannot use them because of the full contact hymen. sheath of skin covering the vagina also known as the cherry (virginity)

I dont think that there is an age. I know when i first got mine at age 13 i used pads the first 3 month and thought the same thing. I switched to tampons and have been useing them ever since. Just make sure you understand the risks of useing them and how to use them properly. Talk to your mom or someone close who you trust if you dont understand.

theres no age. just use them when your ready. when i started my period i started with using tampons. they are sooooo much better than pads! good luck!

Any age. I knew a girl that started using them in 6th grade! Its fine to use them when you want to.

you can use them at any age, as long as your flow is regular. (as long as you have a medium to heavy flow.) if you have a light flow i suggest you stick to pads. as long as you are ready and know when to change them then you'll be fine.
