i have fair skin and I bruise very easy. Sometimes i dont even know what I hit to get the bruise. I have already had a full phsical and blood work and all is normal. does anyone know of a way to help bruies heal faster they mine do??

i think im getting my period. I have been have a discharge and its all white and crusty. also it has been a bit smelly down there and a bit itchy. My underpits have been a bit sore if this helps im turtning 11 this year.

I have a problem (obviously!!!). For the past two nights, I have been staying awake until like 2 am. (it's 1:18 am right now..)..I don't drink caffeine drinks. I only sleep like 7 hours a day if even that much. I don't even feel sleepy. Is it from stress? Anyone going through this right now?? What do you people think is wrong with me??!

I just broke up with bf a few days ago and I'm craving bad foods like crazy. I've tried to exercise, cycle, go the gym, read, and everything but I still crave them. I've heard people say it's bad to rub your eyes. Obviously I understand it would be bad if you had something dangerous like a chemical in your eyes. But is it bad otherwise, if you're eye just itched or you were sleepy? If so what damage does it do?

Here is my problem. I'm a martial artist who is pretty muscular. But at the same time I'm kinda fat too. So whats an accurate body fat calculator that will help me calculate my bf%. The circumferance one cant be right because my muscles contribute to my width of the abs just like my fat would so it couldnt work. So whats a good way to calculate?

Ok, here's the thing. I am 15, turning 16 and I have a problem. I am the only person who's voice hasn' changed and hasn't had a growth spurt, so I'm the short guy in my class and my voice is higher than other guys. Why aren't I growing and why isn't my voice changing, and why so late? What can I do to grow sooner and have my voice change because I am teased about it, even though I can not help my voice hasn't changed yet. Is there anything I can do to help me grow or make my voice change? Any kind of medicine or food? I am the only person in my grade who's voice hasn't changed and hasn't grown and I really want to grow and have my voice change. What do I do?

My back was injured at work. i filed for workmans comp and currently going thruogh treatment. its been close to three years. I saw my att's dr. and my Ins. Dr. does any one know whats next? i have no operations or injections. Im 21 still randomly injured.

I heard somewhere recently that if a person was to stop eating meat, they could lose 10-15 pounds rather quickly. I am wondering this because my fiance put on some pounds after a surgery and is now working out trying to drop the extra weight. The problem is, he is stuck. He lost about 10 pounds and has stayed at his weight for about two and a half weeks. He works out 5 days a week (lifting every other day and cardio every day). If he took meat out of his diet, would he shead a few more pounds faster? And if so, why is that?

Okay, so i am on wellbutrin for a pick-me-up and to quit smoking---and usually when i take it makes me more alert and focused and i usually can clean alot! so it gives me lots of energy! Well, i have been sick lately and so i usually take wellbutrin early in the morning and some benedryl before i go to bed. But i messed up and took wellbutrin like 20 mins ago instead of benedryl (which helps me sleep)----i am freaking out b/c i have a really LONG day ahead tomorrow and i CANT be up all night! I tried throwing up to try and get rid of the wellbutrin so i could sleep--but i can't throw it up! So, is it ok to take Benedryl right after taking a type of pick-me-up? NEED ADVICE NOW! thanks

I started this med about a week ago. I take 4mg/day. All is perfect but the only side effect I get is that I'm so @!#$@! itchy!!(arms,legs,back,feet)I do not have a rash at all,my skin is not very dry either.Is this a side effect that should go away or an allergic reaction?
Another interesting thing is around the time I started this med I changed my brand of laundry soap from tide to sunlight(which I've never used before).I also started using fabric softener(which I also never used before)I am known to have sensitive skin sometimes,especially to face stuff.Which really believes me to think it is the laundry soap causing this.Today I washed everything with tide again. I hope it's not the clonazepam,I also take 300mg lamotrigine/day and 100mg zoloft/day,but I've taken those for almost a year now)(they are for OCD,anxiety,antideperssant & bipolar)That's why I'd LOVE to be able to just take clonazepam, it treats all these things :)

I tried Lexapro for A week then stoped because I was scared of having Suicidal thoughts. I wasn't having any, I was just scared the medication would twist my head and make me go crazy. (Like in stories online *SSRI suicideS*) My BIGGEST fear is to die, and I think about it 24-7, THATS why i need medication. BUT I really dont want to go crazy and end up jumping off A bridge or hanging myself like other people have done on this medication.

MY QUESTION IS ::: Is all these stories about teens killing themselves really true?? I dont have depression, I HAVE SEVERE anxiety about everything...and of coarse now seeing all the stories online, its making me not want to try my medication, that could acually help. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Today I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled; I wasn't knocked out they just numbed the area so I was awake the whole time. I'm 20 and a type 1 diabetic for almost 9 years, and I just started the pump about 3 weeks ago (best decision of my life). After they numbed me, I started freaking out and I could feel my bs drooping fast. Then I actually saw one of the teeth that they pulled and I was so pissed, like I wanted to punch the dentist in the face and I'm not a violent person at all. It was like an emotional rollar coaster. Any other type 1's been through something similar? Any weird stories you want to share, I bet their interesting.
