Yep, the attorneys need to get together and discuss a settlement. Have you been receiving a check since you have been out of work? The company you worked for's ins company is supposed to be sending you a check to cover your lost wages. They should have tried to settle this matter a long time ago. Or are you receiving SSI, that is to cover you since you are technically disabled. This matter should not have gone on this long. Unless your employer has no workmans comp ins and they are just appeasing you by paying the dr bills until you get better. Or are you footing all the bills?

You do not give any real detail about your injury.
You are probably very close to closing the case which will more than likely be settled.
What state are you in?? In CA you are elegable for school to be retrained into another job. This is called voc rehab and the insurance will pay for this along with any materials needed for the type of job you are interested. Ex: if you become a medical transcriber they may give you a computer and an ergonomic chair due to bad back.

In addition to vocational rehab by the insurance you may also be eligable to continue your education further through State Voc Rehab which is paid via our state income tax. It is to the advantage of the state to get you into a good job and into the work force where they will be able to tax you and in turn place your taxes back into the system... and more than they paid for you to go to school. MORE to come.... please if you can... what state and a bit detail of your injury. Also-- I do not understand what randomly injured means(and neither will an attorney who is against you... they will think you feel bad once in a while and your not really injured at all.) please give more detail... i am not an atty bt was bedridden for 3 1/2 years due to an injury at work. I will answer all of your questions if you please give me the requested info... and what type of work you also did....

No one here can tell you an settlement amount. That is something you need to discuss with an attorney. They have to get ALL the facts from the injury and the last 3 years of treatment to make that estimate.
