Each day I cleanse my face with a triple action salicylic acid astringent about 3 times a day if possible, and apply a benzoyl peroxide cream to the problem area usually twice a day. 3 times a week ill cleanse and exfoliate and twice a week ill use a face mask. I'm also on a contraceptive pill that helps control acne. I should perhaps moisturize more to prevent dryness but i feel like it causes me to break out more often.
Is this a reasonable routine for the the treatment of acne and generally keeping the face clean or is there too much or too little going on here?
What are your tips for keeping acne under control?

in the joint on my index finger i have a hard knot and my gma(a nurse) said it was fluid that was built up in the joint and now its starting to hurt but my mom wont do anything, what can i do about it without going to a hospital if possible

i have been trying to do cartwheels etc, but i dint think my arms are strong enough. you can see the muscle, but i cant even lft up my body for a handstand!! any suggestions on what my problem is?

heres the deal....i had left temple pain...and i heard a little bit of popping...so i went to the hospital...they did a cat scan...it was normal....spinal tap.....it was normal....after that i felt a headache from the spinal tap....but now the same headache is back...it wakes me up at night...and also when i blow my nose i feel pressure in my ears...also a little bit of blood when i blow it but other than that its clear.....................can you give me an idea of what this could be?my doctor also gave me an order for an mri if i was still anxious...should i go have it taken?the headache is on and off...sometimes a little burning...somethimes a sharp pain

I just found out earlier tonight that my mom was diagnosed today with metastatic breast cancer to the hip. Her original breast cancer was diagnosed 1999. She had radiation, chemotherapy and surgery. In 2005, she was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer to the lungs. Near the end of her chemo, she contracted a blood infection which almost killed her. She had to stop treatments because the antibiotic she was on 24/7 through an IV was so strong she couldn't take her chemo at the same time, which in turn let more cancer spread in her lung. Since her first bout with lung cancer (minus the 3 months she was taken off for antibiotics) she has been on weekly chemo and herceptin IV drip once a week. I don't really know what I am asking here, but I'm just looking for some answers anyone has for anything she's been though. If she's been getting treatments for this long, and herceptin, which is a medicine to pretty much keep you in remission, why is it still spreading?

My cuticle skin from the fingers peels or rather 'shreds' and then it hurts a lot whenever something touches or rubs against them. Till now I have been clipping it off using a nailcutter but that didn't help much....
