Why don't you just check your sugar and you will have the answer in a few seconds.

Five hours is a long time to go without eating anything.Just keep checking.

BTW- eggs and bacon are fat and protein. They do NOT raise your sugar. Only carbs do that.

Depends on what you've been doing between 7 and noon. On days when I have class/lab 8-1 and eat breakfast before class, I start to get a little lightheaded around 11:30-12 because I've been running around in lab doing stuff and my body is using energy. Eat a granola bar or piece of fruit around 10-10:30 if you can't eat lunch until after noon.

it depends on what you ate. if you ate something like oatmeal ( without sugar) or eggs & bacon, then no...it's not normal....but if it was just a piece of toast or a bowl of "sugary" cereal then yes...you would probably have a low level of glucose in your system. try more protein in your meals if it's going to be a while before your next meal.... or carry a snack like sunflower seeds or an orange so you can eat it before you start getting those headaches. if it continues, i would get a fasting glucose test by my doctor to rule out any hypo or hyperglycemic responses to the food you eat. if your a female it might be that your about to get your period and you need to also get plenty of sleep around this time of the month or it will throw off your hormone levels.

Absolutely, your blood sugar level is down. To keep an even level you should eat a piece of fruit around 10 a.m. and a few crackers. The same is for the afternoon, if you eat dinner at 6pm you should have a healthy snack around 4 pm, this way you keep the level on an even keel and won't get tired or light headed.

Yes it is normal, especially if your breakfast wasn't a good balance of protein and carbs. Try to eat balanced meals, and have a healthy snack in between breakfast and lunch.

that does not sound good. check your glucose reading. its a dangerous sign of either hyperglucemia or hypoglucemia. Do not ignore this, which can be very dangerous.
