to my neck, my back and the back of my hairline. I've tried Proactive and RetinA that my doctor prescribed. I thought it could be from nerves - I'm not sure. I really need help! Has anyone gone through this? I don't think I'm going through my changes yet but what's the diff. I'm embarassed to go out!

To abide to the recommended 8 glasses a day, here is my water diet schedule:

2 glasses before a healthy breakfast
2 glasses before a small healthy lunch
2 glasses of water before a really light healthy dinner
2 or more glasses throughout the day....

.. and that's my water diet. all natural. no diet pills or teas. and of course, exercise.....30 mins walking/running....200 crunches.... and don't forget the kegels...

I wear a new pair of panties everyday but by mid day I have a clear discharge with a foul odor. I have been told it was a yeast infection not by a doctor though. I dont think it is an std but it may I plan on going to a doctor about it but I wanted some answers from people first. I have had this for a while now but I have only been with one guy for a year and half it would stop for a little while after me and him had sex and he came in me but were not together now and it is still happening any advice would be really helpful!!

My husband has been on Decadron for 2 months. 2 weeks after release from the hospital following gamma knife surgery for a brain tumor, the doctor said to cut his 4mg in half. So he had 2 mg twice a day. After about a week he started falling down and could not walk or speak clear. So he was put back on the 4mg twice a day. Has anyone experienced this, if so how did they take you off the steroid? Thanks for your answers. Email me with details if you wish.

We've been close to our grandaughter "BBD" since the moment she was born. our first grandchild & the absolute light of our lives My daughter returned to work when she BBD was 12 months..We were thrilled to have her 2 days a weeks H's husband is controlling , possessive alcoholic & she co-dependent.. She moved 90 minutes away for a better position at work, We maintained our relationship w/BBD and H . BBd spent the night 3 x a month(Heaven).after 6 months of no work for P, I asked H if P was getting a job, as he does No homework or childcare) She seemed to "snap" and hasn't spoken to us or responded to phone calls emails& denied us all contact w/BBD We are worried about BBD, does she think we don't love her? We're dead? she must anxious 2 sons 16&17 R heartbroken,so r we H won't speak to her 4 siblings either. H is now completely isolated. her friends dislike P she dropped them 1by1. At his demand whoever isnt his fan is gone. What will happen to BBD psychologically, emotionally?

I've been having these awfully painful stomach cramps, and feelings of nausea for the last couple weeks. I'm on the pill, and am supposed to get my period next week. I recently had a skin graft and the donor area they took it from is in the bending area of my upper thigh.....the staples that are there are very painful and when I stand or extend my leg all the way it feels like my skin is ripping.....they prescribed me hydrocodone but that works for maybe an hour and I have to wait 3 more before I can take another......I just want to know if there is anything more they can give me or are they just going to up the milligrams?

My lips are REALLY chapped right now! Not like one of those stupid people that goes around saying their lips are so chapped they're pink, my lips are so dry they are bleeding if I try to streach them enough to smile. I drink gallons of water a day, shouldn't that help?! Is there anything out there for me besides chapstick you can reccomend?
