Having an anterior tooth "filed" down isn't a difficult procedure or painful at all. Usually this is done when one tooth is shorter due to being chipped or broken. We just smooth the rough part of the chipped one and contour the enamel of the other one to be even or the same size. This is usually done with no charge and when we spot it while doing some other procedure. But if it something that you feel needs to be done, you can call for an appointment to take care of it, although there will be a charge for an office visit for the procedure this way. I would wait until your next cleaning appointment and ask them to do it then. Good luck and I hope I've answered your question.

Any dentist should be able to take care of this simple procedure.

I have been getting my teeth filled for years.
I live about 40 miles south of Detroit in Monroe, Mi

my dentist is very painless but the drill still drives me nuts but i don't really feel the pain..but the smell it gives off is sickening and you get your mouth all numb and you have to wait until the pain killer wears off..you will slobber a lot
the cost is not bad as I have Blue Cross and Blue Shield and i only pay 10% of the total bill..and the cleaning is free..but i pay the co pay for the xray and the crowns if i need them

the root canal will cost you a little bit..but its worth it when they crown that bad tooth with a perm. crown...pick a good dds

nope that fairly cant be fixed that easily... the dentist can restore it like they restore chipped teeth besides the undeniable fact that that is going to fee alot of money for somewhat filling so yeah sturdy luck

it don't hurt none, ok alittle, but nothing to worry about
they numb the teeth 2 times before working on it, and if it hurts the dentist will stop and numb the teeth somemore

it problly cost around $200
