I've been having these awfully painful stomach cramps, and feelings of nausea for the last couple weeks. I'm on the pill, and am supposed to get my period next week. I just had sex four days ago (no protection). I can't figure this out. I've been having these pains prior to sex so what could it be?

I've also been have really bad back pains too. It started out feeling like someone was pushing a piece of plywood into my abdomen and now I am also having lower back pains. I sit alot at work, and don't have the best posture, but this is rediculous!

It also comes & goes. It's there in the morning (6:00am-9:00am) before I eat. I drank a Mt. Dew & ate a granola bar & some saltines & it seems to have calmed down. But then it ALWAYS comes back after dinner (around 6:30pm).

have you taken a preg. test. Having unprotected sex, cramps, nausea=baby. Seriously you could even get your period next week and still be preggers. Take the test..if negative schedule a dr.'s appt.

Go to the doctor. Especially if it was a man you had sex with. Presuming you are a woman, of course. It could be infection, pregnacy, etc.

i would do a pregnancy test, remember the pill is not 100% guarunteed to work.
if it comes back negative (or positive for that matter) go see your doctor.

it may be nothing to worry about, or it may be something like IBS, or you may have developed a sudden allergy to something you eat often, like dairy (if you eat dairy ).

You may have endrometriosis[scar tissue]on your cervix. My cousin and my sister both have it.It can be very painful. They both had surgery, and were both given a shot to put them in menopause. When you go to the docter, talk to him/her about it.
