Check your height and weight on a Body Mass Index (BMI) scales. Just google it and a bunch of sites will pop up. This is the scale that the doctor uses to judge your weight.
Take into consideration factors such as how active you are when using the scale. For instance, if you're pretty active and have a lot of muscle mass, and you're healthy weight but closer to the overweight side, then you're probably fine.

For you, it would be between 128lbs to 162 lbs. This is your normal BMI or Body Mass Index rating (19-24).

The easiest way to find out would be to visit the Ideal Weight Calculator at
http://weight-loss.drgily.com/ideal-weight-calculator.php
For your height, I think a weight of about 155 lbs. would be just about fine.
Hope this helps!
