My left breast is hurting. Its on and off, like it is thumping.

It feels sharp, stinging, and very painful. Never felt it before, what is this?

Sex with him in just not working for me anymore. He has no problem getting UP!!! But even when he's UP it's still not enough. How do you break it to him without hurting his feelings or should I continue to fake it!!!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years ago when I was 29 years old. I am ER+ and Her2 +. I had bilateral mastectomy, the right side as prevention. My dr wrote to my insurance company asking them to approve the BRCA tests. They turned me down. Twice. I have not had them done myself since they cost about $3000.
I am supposed to have my ovaries out next week, by my own request, but my onc told me this past week that he doesn't agree with my decision. I am currently in a study where my ovaries are shut down each month, for another 2+ years. He is worried about the long term effects of being in menopause at my age. I am worried about ovarian cancer as I am not sure if I have the BRCA mutation or not. If I have it, I have read that there is a 16-60% chance of getting ovarian cancer.
As a side note, I had an ovarian cyst rupture, which in itself is odd since less than 2% of women in menopause have ovarian cysts.

Has anyone else been in this situation? I don't know what to do.

I'm about 20 lbs over weight and a little out of shape but I don't think that's the main problem. I think I just don't know what I'm doing sometimes. I'm 30 and have had 2 sexual partners. ANy suggestions? P.S. He always wants me on top.

I had a bloody nose (Allergies) while i was sleeping and i woke up with crusty dried blood on my arm and my nose was bleeding and now theres blood that drained from the nose in the back of my throat..water isnt doing math and gorgiling..how can i get it out?

last time, i had a really bad headache. ok, first it started out as dizziness. Then, I couldn't see. it was really weird like a part of my pupil was gone or something. i had no peripheral vision. Then, my hand and around my mouth started getting numb. i was really scared. and then, i started getting really nauseous. and what was worse was i wasn't at home. i was at my academy and we were taking a mock SAT score. so when i got my score i did really bad. i just didn't care, i was really sick. so, my question is , is it a migraine? How would you diagnose this? it happened once before and it happened like 5 times to my brother.

I am very worried about a friend of mine. We are both pregnant and have been supportive of each other all the way. My friend, who I will call "Michelle" is a recovering alcoholic who has not had a drink since she got pregnant. She was doing very well, but had terrible insomnia for several months. Finally in late January she decided to try taking Ambien again, even though she had had a problem with it in the past and stopped using it. She was sure she could use it just to sleep and would never do anything to harm her baby. I know that she is taking it again just for the effects, she has even admitted this to me, but I don't know how much she's taking. I do know that when she ran out she had bad feelings of breathlessness, etc. She now has two prescriptions going at once and is scared but doesn't dare try to get help because since she is pregnant she is afraid of what the consequences might be. Can she just stop this gradually by herself and will her baby be okay?

i have been to hospital three different times in one year for kidney stones is what they thought. never passed a stone last one was to be six centimeters. this time i was admitted for same reason but when they went to do surgery on what they thought was an eight centimeter stone guess what no stones, my kidney was taken over from an infection nothing but blood and puss the doctor stated. now i have a splint in my kidney and only 10 % works. The infection was from Ecoilli from bad meat no telling how long this was in my kidney.Three times before this last i have been to the emergency room for the same undescribeble pain and ech time i was sent home to pass 6 centimeters or larger kidney stones. Now i no that it is impossible to pass a stone that large.this a boils down to no medical insurance now my left kidney barely works.WHATS NEXT WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NOW? HELP ?

Ok I have a very good friend who has a girlfriend but lately me and him have relised that we really like eachother as well.

Anyway i was texting him and he said that he really doesnt know what to do and his heads all over the place etc.

Then on tuesday night he got drunk while he was out with me and his girlfriend (we are all good friends) then i left him home in quite a state and later that night he text me saying these words "its all my fault" and then foned me saying he had cut himself.

i drove to his house and there was blood everywere and i foned an ambulance. anyway now that its all over with i cant help myself thinking that he done this because of what we feel for eachother because we both know its wrong and really hate the situation!!!? do u think it sounds like he did this because of me?

Question is for ladies only (unless you are a doctor, or if you know too) but ,me and my boyfriend/fiancee had sex one night and the next morning while I was using the restroom I noticed this yellow discharge oozing from my vagina! It was a deep yellow color and I needed to wear pantyiners for the rest of the day to catch it. It does not smell bad and I do not itch. I am still discharging but its turning more clear everytime. This has never happened before. Also, i had aching in my lower abdomen (pain as if i'm about to start my period, but i've already had it though). Anybody know what this yellow discharge might be??? Help! No itch/burn no bad smell, just a weird color!!! Do I have some sort of infection??? help! its freaking me out

My band for school did a fundraiser and we sold over 1600 cases of citric fruit so from 6:30 until almost 9 I was on a truck unloading about 20 pound cases and now i can't lift my arms without them shaking and hurting and I can't grip and thing witout them shacking and my hands all cut up.... any way, is there anything I can do to regain control of my muscles, or should I just let them rest even though I will be lifting them again later to deliver?

I am 46 and have always had perfect sugar levels with sometime on the low side- 70's.
this morning I had 139 but i had just had a cup of coffee with 2 tablespoons of sugar and and english muffin with jelly.
will that make your otherwise normal levels go up?
I checked it b/cuz I am feeling jittery and shaky and my dad is diabetic and i check it every so often for the hypoglycemia

I heard that a 20 minute cardiac workout is optimal, but perhaps i am wrong. The point being that after x minutes staying on a machine longer gives few cardiac benefits. Thanks.

First off, I am 13. Okay, so sometimes when I do my homework, I have sudden urges to do jumping jacks, right? SO my mom says, "X, I think you have ADD*."
