I had a bloody nose (Allergies) while i was sleeping and i woke up with crusty dried blood on my arm and my nose was bleeding and now theres blood that drained from the nose in the back of my throat..water isnt doing math and gorgiling..how can i get it out?

Ive also had pos nasal drip/coughing sometimes/ sneezing..etc..i have a saint bernard and that could bother me ..i also used to have a cat that slept in my room and every night it slept in my room i had a stuffy nose..allergies...

Also have a wood stove.....but yeah im going to go see a doctor..um im 13 i doubt its throat cancer

You can choke on ur blood at night but you swallow dont you? duh ..and youd wake up

Well, if this is the first time you had a bloody nose, go to a doctor for cleaning up etc. and for getting your Blood pressure checked. If this is happening often, homeopathy will help you. Are you by chance on any blood thinning medication or do you have less fibrinogen in your blood? Better to get these things checked out.

i had the same problem, bloody nose at night, let it go for months, drained to back of throat, big clots. went to see a dr after 3 months and was sent to ear nose and throat dr, had a tumor in the throat, had a biopsy, cancer of the throat, stage 3, don't wait like i did, go have it checked right away, that was back in 2001 and i'm fine now, but if i had waited another monthor so i would not be here tellin ya this, please go get checked out, if ya have other questions e-mail me, glad to help,

Maybe try a drink that's a little more acidy, like pop or orange juice, but I really don't like the idea of your nose bleeding a night, you might want to get that checked out. Wouldn't want you to choke on your own blood, while your asleep.

try using salt water to gurgle with and call your doctor for suggestion on how to stop further nose bleeds while sleeping in the future. may nasal spray would keep you from sniffing and breaking a vein that leads to bleeding at night.

i had the same problem and mine was due to high blood pressure and now im on a medication and i dont have them anymore so go to the doctors and get checked and see whats up cause you might have high blood pressure and you dont even know it hope this helps........
