There's a difference between chronic fatigue (which come about by overdoing it, getting over an illness, too many parties etc.) and chronic fatigue syndrome which is a recognised medical condition. With the former it needs the appropriate lifestyle changes to allow a person to get back to normal. The latter can be a problem which takes time and dedication to beat. A good website is www.afme.org.uk if you have been diagnosed as having chronic fatigue syndrome ( the term is interchangable with the now rather outdated term "M.E.") If you have not been told by a doctor you have chronic fatigue syndome but you feel constantly tired, don't try to diagnose yourself but get medical advice first as fatigue can be a problem with lots of common medical conditions.

I would go to the doctors. It could be a number of things, from your diet, to your amount of physical activity, to sleeping patterns.

As for short term solutions, try regular excercise to get the heart rate up, don't eat huge meals, eat smaller meals more frequently, and coffee.
