I'm trying to recover from a pill addiction Due to circumstances, I can't go into rehab and have no medical insurance for methadone. I can purchase some, but I'm not sure how much to take. I'm scared I'm going to OD, or not use enough. I've been taking about 8 10mg lortabs 2 or 3 times a day for awhile now. How do I know how much methadone I need to take so I don't go through withdrawl? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

PS. Please don't say "go to the doctor" or "don't buy it off the streets". The person I can get it from is a trusted friend, and I can't go to the doctor or a clinic because of medical insurance issues. What I really need is personal experiences and dosaging information. Again, thank you for your help.

a mental illness or a thought disorder or severe depression coexisting with it. even though the psychiatrist told me there wasnt. i have jumbled up, disordered thoughts alot, and constant spinning racing thoughts to. i sometime have persecutory paranoid ideas to about people, i feel lethargic alot with no energy. the psychiatrist told me last week, he didnt think there was any schizophrenia present or psychosis. but im still worrying to the point of obsession there is a mental health condition not being recognised with the borderline traits..i sometimes think people are victimising me with subliminal words designed to upset me, although this is not a 100% concrete in my mind this is happening. its still a kind of distorted thinking isnt it?~i get very down over this as i wonder whats wrong and how im going to get well and live a life...as im 29 now and ageing prematurly to. i do accept alot of my symptoms do fall underneath borderline personality disorder but theres this

People...I recently started dieting - this is what I have ---

- Breakfast - Green Tea and Toast
- Lunch - Noodles (Boiled in water) (1 Banana)
- Dinner - Grilled chicken - 1 Piece. (1 Orange)

And I have tons of water during the day, and do an hour or brisk walking every evening - 5 days a week. What do you guys think of my diet? Is it good enough? And by the way, are noodles a good part of a diet? They`re boiled in water and stuff - but I havent seen many people using it as part of a diet so Im wondering if Im eating the right thing....

Hey i have been suffering from these boils problem on my butt since 4-5 years now i usually get 2-3 boils in a month which are very small in the size and they pain a lot usually i get a burning sensation and some times puss like thing comes out of it which i used to wipe with clean cloth and detol my problem is that iam to shy to go to a Dr cause i have ignored it for such a long time now i have all spots and scars left on my butt and these boils still reappears on my butt every month. Can any one tell me how to stop them and how to get rid of those scar marks and spots as iam to ashamed to even get undressed in front of my GF and is this contagious will anybody else get effected if in contact with me and is it dangerous?? please help me :-(

I've been getting daily nose bleeds for about 3 weeks now. It's normal for me to get nose bleeds for a few days when the seasons change, but I've never had it go this long before.
