To control their weight, eating disorder patients rely on a range of techniques and strategies called elimination behaviour; among them there is also the self-prescription of laxatives and diuretics. Laxatives are drugs which ruin intestinal activity and faecal elimination, while diuretics stimulate renal activities and increase urine emission. Both symptoms are really consequences of the patient's inadequate diet that is followed by patients and represent physiological defensive reactions of the body which signal serious metabolism dysfunction. It is far more better to take herbal supplements in replace for both of the drugs you were referring. There are safe and natural supplements that has been effective for dieters and a sample product is Leptopril. To see a sample of what these supplements have and how they function as a weight loss supplement, refer to this link:

Not at all!!! In addition to it being harmful to your body by losing potassium and sodium which can damage your heart among other organs, you lose other nutrients as well. You will become dehydrated. Your skin and hair will look dull . If you lose too much weight too fast you're skin will sag. I could go on but the main issue is with the dehydration and what it does to your body and brain.

This is very dangerous and harmful to the body. It works and that is why people do it, but it is the wrong type of weight you are trying to lose. You will rid your body of nutrients and electrolytes that it needs. Exercise and healthy foods are how to lose weight. If you are lifting weights you will gain weight, but that is muscle weight replacing fat.

diuretics cause you to urinate more, laxitives cause you to have bowel movements, its not real weight loss and either can make your body stop working right and even kill you, dont do it, stop eating junk and exercise.
