Doxycycline takes time to clean out the bacteria on the inside that causes acne. You should try Duac Topical Gel to clean out the bacteria on the outside is works really well for inflammatory acne; but it is very expansive.

bumpy skin?do u mean pock marks ?or raised bumps. you should see a dermatologist casue there are many different types of acne. Some pple get pock marks and if thats the case then accutane works good. I use differnin and it works for me andi use clindimayacin in neostrata solution. Proactive is a pretty good product also. I used tetracuclye and that works great but it is an antibiotic. Also there is rentin A but it can wosen acne at first before it works good but its good for the ladys at removing surface wrinkles. IM 37 and look 24.lol not a wrinkle in sight, Anyways i would try a diffenrt med casue i dont think differnen is for you . Good luck. dont give up.

Try the Acne Line at beeroyalproducts.com. It has a bunch of different products. Most acne lines including ProActiv and Clearasil have only on active ingredient (beanpole peroxide) But the Acne Line at Bee Royal Products has at least four different active ingredients. That is what makes their stuff much more effective than others. It is more expensive but it will last 5-6 months and you don't have to join a club. You only have to reorder when you run out. Some of the stuff lasts me about eight months. So the initial cost is high but goes way down after that. Or you can buy each product separately.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I use this gals soap , I wash my face three times a day with it. Doesn't matter what soap, its all has the same ingredients, just different scents.
I use her shea body butter on my face. It is 100% Refined shea and doesn't break my skin out. I love it and my acne is a lot better, hardly any break outs and I just switched from ProActive, which didn't work for me!

I have tryed different things doxycycline didn't really help me either. I suggest proactive that's the oily thing that has worked well for me. My brother used oxy pads to help him. I think it is different for everyone.

accutane will be completely clear in 4-5 months for good but also try cephalexin, amoxacilon, or ery there all good but they don't start working for two wks so your skin will start clearing after two wks thats how long it takes to cycle your body that may be the same with your meds.
