At your height, losing 50lbs would make you underweight. Not to mention, losing 50lbs in 3 months is really unrealistic. Keep on eating healthy and get some exercise, and you will lose some weight. Good luck.

I want to lose about 48 pounds in 17 weeks. I don't think I'll achieve my goal... I think, if anything you should lose up to 38 at most. 118 pounds for your height is not enough. You need to have fruit in your diet, also. And grains or beans, then you'll loose the healthy way. Good luck!

You need protien in your diet. Eating only veggies can make you loose good muscle. You can eat baked or broiled chicken breast with no skin on it, which is very good lean protien. Also, shrimp is very good source of protien as long as you dont fry it. If you are a vegetarian. you can get protien in black beans, eggs, (especially the whites) peanut butter (small amounts) Also, you should not cut out dairy in your diet, as you are a young growing person. You need the calcium. If you plan on not drinking milk, or eating yogert, cheese etc you should take a calcium supplement.

5 foot 7 is actually somewhat tall, yes? I find it a little hard to believe you need to lose that much weight.

I'm not one to support crash diets, so I just suggest you go for a nice long-ish walk every day for excersise. Good luck.

i dont think it is possible, or healthy, to lose that much in 3 months. the only possibility is to get liposuction. if you dont have much cash, tell your parents you are going to cancun for spring break with friends. you can get it done in mexico for 1/4 the cost of it here in america. some doctors even give you a deal if you get 2 plastic surgeries....buy a lipo and breast implants and the rhinoplasty is free. that's no joke, they advertise that there.

dont eat more than two eggs a day, i dont think you will make 50 pounds in three months but you might make 30, good luck, you might add a little baked chicken breast in there. make sure your salad dressing is low fat ,

drink only water, stay away from carb like bread, pasta, no beef, eat chicken breast , no fried foods, no sweets or sugar. excersise, veggies,
