I sincerely doubt it. I tried several before I decided to quit throwing my money away.

I lost 106 pounds by walking four times a week for 30-45 minutes, and doing the weight watchers program. They use a points system. I ususally ate a couple points less than I was allowed. I really didn't miss them. You can eat plenty, trust me!

Doing both things together is the key, though. And, I lost it in like 9 months!

Short term yes....but you'll get fat again if that what you rely on to lose weight. Exercise and proper diet.
