When you orgasm, your cervix moves in an up and down fashion against your vaginal wall (this is how sperm is "vaccumed, picked up, for lack of a better word" into the uterus). When the cervix moves as such it feels like a cramp, not unlike a pap swab. I too have this cramping, not everytime I orgasm, but frequently enough and strong enough to notice. If it really gets you down, yeah, go see a gyno. Better safe than sorry! Good luck.

my husband is a bit big for me and he bumps my cervix and it causes the muscles to spasm cause they are being hit and they arent used to it it is kinda like spasms from swimming since your not conditioned to it. I have been checked for alot of things by my gyn and nothing has turned up but there is always the chance so i would go check it out i only know of a couple ppl this happens to it seems to be a pretty rare problem

It's not normal. You should not be getting cramps. Talk to the doc. (The girl who posted an answer before me is CRAZY!)
