I've been getting daily nose bleeds for about 3 weeks now. It's normal for me to get nose bleeds for a few days when the seasons change, but I've never had it go this long before. I don't really feel like going to the doctor because he already thinks I'm a hypochondriac as it is. Any people have any educated guesses as to what this is and how long it'll last?

It always only bleeds out of my right nostril. I don't even blow my nose anymore because anything'll set it off.

Nosebleeds aren't really normal, so there is some problem causing them. First off you say seasonal, do you mean allergy seasons? The nose can get pretty irritated and congested and dry even and bleed. You need to find out what is causing them and try some fixes. First if it's allergy, what kind of allergy? Do you have them after you eat certain foods? Are around certain things like pets? Or even go outside with pollen? If not, seasonal does that mean in winter when the heat is on?
If it seems to be allergy, get an air purifier, avoid exposure to allergens, make sure you dust and vacuum on a regular basis.
If it's heat related with winter, try a vaporizer or humidifier.
I have alot of sinus issues in the fall with hayfever and winter with dusts, I crack my window 1/4" to let in fresh air to circulate and I run a humidifier and air cleaner. As a kid I had awful bad nosebleeds sometimes requiring hospital intervention with packs in my nose in the fall with hayfever.
If you have alot of congestion causing them, try an antihistimine but don't over take it as it dries the passages and dryness causes bleeds too.
I also use a saline nose spray and sometimes take a wet qtip and moisten up in my nose too if it feels very dry. They say you can use vasoline for that but that's pretty greasy and can coat bacteria right in so I wouldn't advise that.

You're pickin your nose too much/hard/or with rough nails
It can be from hard blowing, and dryness in the home,,,
To stop a nose bleed 1have kleenex handy 2/lay backwards
with head tilted rear(you might taste blood in your throat, just
swallow) and pinch between thumb and pointer, your nose on the bridge, the hard bone halfway between eye area and nostrills. Wait 5-10 min, lay still, sometimes I twist tissue to plug and absorb blood in nostrills.

Unfortunately, nosebleeds can mean a lot of things - dry air, allergies, or.... MUCH more unlikely, things such as Von Willebrand's disease or leukemia (maybe).
Try getting an air humidifier for your room, or multiple ones for your house/apartment and see if that helps. Good luck, I know nosebleeds are a pain because my best friend is always gettting them.

you need to have that pesky little blood vessel cauterized. It can be done in the Drs. office, only takes a second.

depending on where you live it could be just really dry weather, and windy perhaps. and unless they last for an excessive time, and you are just gushing blood, i think youre ok
