I am appalled that someone in this day and age can still ask such an ignorant question. FIrst of all, Hep A is spread through contaminated food. Anyone with Hepatitis A who does not follow hygienic practices can contaminate food. Second, there is no such thing as a homosexual disease. Even HIV/AIDS is not homosexual. In fact, if you look at the statistics, HIV is most common among black people. Are you saying most black people are gay? I think not. So please, lets try not to discriminate.

There are lots of homosexuals without any diseases and there are also lots of heterosexuals with diseases. Sexual preference has nothing to do with it. To suggest that Homosexuals should be banned from handling food is very discriminatory.
