Assuming that you do not exercise rigorously during this period (which you will not want to do):
No.
You see, you're still eating. You might lose close to a pound a day for a couple of days, but that will be just water weight. Real weight loss will be slower. Soon, your body will adjust to the lower calorie intake and slow down your metabolism to preserve your weight and health. Slower metabolism, slower weight loss. Your body temperature will go down, you'll get tired faster, your body is simply trying to stay alive al long as possible. As far as it knows, you're in a famine, and it'll act like it.
Really, you shouldn't try to lose that much that fast. You do not say how long a person might try to live like this, but you'll notice that this proposed diet has no protein in it, no B12, and not enough of the essetial fatty acids we need for our immune system and nerve development (which includes the brain). That's not a good thing to do.
Realize that each pound of weight equals 3500 calories, more than you normally eat each day. In fact, that's almost 150% of what you normally eat, depending on your age and weight. To lose 5 pounds a week, then, you'd have to essentially eat nothing, but you ask about eating something. So your weight loss won't be that fast, not after the first few pounds.

You you must get protein somehow as your body needs it. If you do not supply your body with the protein it needs, your body will start taking the protein from your muscles... that is why anorexic people look like skin and bones... their bodies have stolen all their muscle tissue looking for protein.
Now, I know that if you combine kidney beans and rice, that will make a whole protein... so if you eat enough rice and beans, that might be alright for your protein.
Also, you might add eggs to the diet, as eggs are chock full of protein and iron. The trouble with all veggies and tea is this, although you will definitely poop off a lot of weight (fiber), you may find yourself lethargic and tired for lack of nutrients.
I would advise asking your physician to help you come up with a good and healthy diet.

weight alleviation is 20% exercising and eighty% perfect nutrition plan. Even lively exercising on my own isn't sufficient for healthful, helpful weight alleviation. A nutritious, balanced nutrition plan is the main substantial participant in achieving a healthful weight, thoroughly. That stated - the load you lose is the differnce between your calorie intake and the energy burnt. So until i understand what share energy you devour on a daily basis, that's puzzling to assert what share pounds you will lose. nonetheless while you're ingesting real and workout frequently, you could lose 5-10 pounds consistent with month. undergo in strategies dropping weight on the cost of wellbeing is neither sensible nor counseled. Possible? Maybe. But can't do it long term... It may work for a week or 2... It'll be all water weight, though.
Include regular exercise too. To make the weight loss stick.
Good luck!

Ye but it is dangerous and counter-productive to starve to slim. After all, you will stop staving yourself (or you will die) and then the weight will return.
You must tackle the causes of your weight problem. For most this is actually an ego problem. IE they don't love themselves enough.
It is the case that you are good or bad; loving or not; a good worker or poor one... weather you are size 10 or 20. Think about it

Sometimes if you cut your diet too drastically or attempt to diet in an unhealthy manner, your body will revert into a "starvation mode" and actually store fat and start burning muscle tissue, which is not good. Diet if you need to, but don't over-do it, keep it healthy.

sure, but it's also possible to do irreperable damage to your body by going on crazy crash diets. ask a doctor for a good meal plan instead.
