There is a very painful twitch between the bone in my hand and the base of my thumb bone. The twitch is so strong it makes my entire thumb spasm. It's shoots back anf fourth and reminds me of the jerking movement of a second hand on a wall clock. It causes awful pain in my palm, around my thumb and into the center of my wrist. I don't remember injuring my hand or arm and would love ANY advice on what may be happening. Not sure if it's connected, but I have some pain in my left shoulder, but not nearly as bad as my thumb/wrist. Thanks for any help!!

yesterday I stepped on a stick pin about 2 inches long, it went all the way through my foot and when I lifted my foot up it was pulled out of my foot so im not sure exactly what angle it went in, but now my whole leg is a little sore and im just wondering if anyone knows any dangers from getting stuck by a pin? im not sure but I think I had a tetnus shot 2 or 3 years ago if that helps

I have had pain in my knees for years and reciently I had 2 arthoscopic surgerys on my right knee last Oct and this Jan and they they claim they took out what they call bodies I am not sure what that is and they said I had torn Cartlidge in my knee also so can someone tell me what all this is gonna lead to I would like to know ahead of time so I will have no suprises and the cold weather is really bad on my surgical leg and I also been told my left leg is going out what does that mean please someone give me some info thank you

I've always used cocoa butter, and a few years ago I found out it reduces stretch marks and scars. I have a few and they are fading. But has anyone here personally got rid of stretch marks by using cocoa butter?

At least once a month. It always starts in the corner of one of my eyes....It gets a little sore when i move it around and a little red (just in that corner). Some times it gets no worse then that but more times then not the redness spreads through out the eye and the pain is horrible. Once it was in BOTH my eyes and it was not fun. Could this be something OTHER then pink eye since it keeps reoccurring ??

I need help.
I am in highschool and I am 16.
I get no sleep because I'm too addicted to my laptop in my room.
I have no discipline and it is really taking a toll on me and how I do in the day.
By late I mean at least past midnight.
I even went to bed at 4am a couple times!
My back hurts now from leaning to the screen and I'm a little shaky during the day (quivering hands, etc.)
Please give me some useful and thoughtful feedback on plans to end this addiction that is killing me!
I wish to get the minimum 7-8 hrs per night so I can feel great once again and do better!

Have I turned insomniac? I hope not.

If you can help me, talk to me...

*NOTE*: I have been on a habit like this for about 2 weeks.

I go to the gym get my rest times lift with a friend of mine and swim but im still not muscular or no guns persay im 5"11 near 145lbs and can't seem to get things goin. No Veins on my wrists, going down, like my friends. Just wondering what i should do in my position, it can be frustrating.

The other day in P.E we were doing suicides and I got super thirsty. I went to get a drink and began to feel weird. I got nauseas, started to shake, I was weak, ect. The nurse checked my blood sugar and it was 87, 80 is normal.

I was reading about the symptoms of hypoglycemia and I have quite a few of them especially that day. Should I get a test or am I worrying for nothing?

What can I do? I stretched and drank a lot of water before too. I played earlier for an hour and a half, and now this class in 3 hours and while im playing, like when i jump to block a shot both my calves cramp up for a second.. i stretch them out but it just hurts so bad.

so what does this mean is wrong with me? and what can i do to prevent it next time.. please my legs hurt so bad
