The most common causes I know for cramping is dehydration and vitamin deficiencies.

Sometimes drinking water is not enough. Try drinking two quarts of gatorade every day for a week and see if that resolves the cramps.

In addition, taking a high quality one a day vitamin and B-12 supplement has always help with cramps for me.

I have always heard about the potassium eating bananas thing but it never help my cramps.

Good luck!

You need to do some running. It sounds like the muscles in your calves aren't developed enongh to sustain an extended period of exersize. Try it for an hour a day- for a few weeks & see if it helps. :)
