To help remove current black heads you must moisten the area well. A warm shower will usually be enough. Then GENTLY squeeze them out. If they don't come out easily, leave them there. Yup, I mean it.
Now, the real way to get rid of black heads is to prevent them. A black head is dirt, oil, and sloughed-off dead skin. So, find a line of cosmetics you can afford -say Clinique, Physicians Formula, Avon, etc. Then purchase their cleansing group. What I mean by cleansing group is the exfoliant, cleanser, toner, and moisturizer all in one brand.
The exfoliater helps remove dead skin cells so they won't clog your pores. Cleanser removes body oils and surface dirt. Toner tightens the pores. The moisturizer holds natural moisture in the skin and prevents dirt from entering your pores. Use these products as often as the manufacturer recommends and you will be happy with the results.
