I have read several reviews that say it is a good appetite suppressant.

It's not really that great, of course I got the lemon flavor, maybe that's why. I don' think it really did that much at supressing appetitie. Try Xenadrine NRG 8hr diet pills..they supress appetite and do not slow metabalism.

I have not used the Dexatrim Max 2O but I have used the regular pills and they truly work. Sometimes It will be 8p.m. in the evening until I remember to eat. The pills really do suppress your appetite.
