I use to ride my bike about 9 miles to work four days a week. One way. over about a 3 months period i lost a good..40-50 pounds.
I gained it all back
Now im riding a stationary bike, doing about 10-11 miles a day, an hour a day buring around 550-650 calories. I dont have a big caloric intake, i eat probably twice a day, moderatly healthy. I just started this routine 3 days ago, and it seems like theres no weight change what so ever. Im probably being to hasty but, I have a four month window in which i want to get to my ideal weight. Do i need to kick up my exercise habits?
I weight 220, im 20 years old 6'2 and my ideal weight is 190-180 ..around there. :-D help would be apreciated.
