I had this exact same problem, like they hurt really bad more so then they ever had before
And after a lot of reasearch I came across something!
Not only where they sore but I also was having weird mood swings.
and its linked to caffiene (well for me it was) I know it was that because i just recently started trying like the girl energy drinks tab and go girl.
They have 3 to 4 times the normal amount of caffiene in a soda and more than double than coffee.
So taking in all this caffiene was actually causing this!
It causes some sort of blockage in the glands and makes them swell and hurt. And it also does something to your hormones to create the mood swings.
It doesn't happen to everyone so this may not be it at all...
however I just thought it may be helpful to know incase you'd recently been taking in a lot of caffeine!
If not, maybe your pregnant. :)

If u're worried about pregnancy, then buy a pregnancy kit! hcG by Abbott company or whatever is available that uses early morning clean catch midstream urine sample.and follow instructions :)
Even NORMAL periods have individual differences :) FYI, monthly cycles range from 28 days to 40 days. Some books, say 44 days. some people have period this month, and have their next in 5 months. So, whatever HAS BEEN ur cycle since menarche, pretty much, that's how it's gonna be...
I'm confused...do you wanna get pregnant or not? Cuz if you are, I suggest you visit a GYNECOLOGIST. For every female, once menarche starts, it's advisable to have regular check ups with the gynecologist.
Regarding sore breasts...it's pretty much normal especially if ur estrogen is low and ur progesterone is high and ur FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (Luteinizing hormone) are also having an interplay. The GLANDS , which basically compose ur breasts are sort of enlarging and opening and stuff like that... so there u go...the painful breasts.

Breast get sore usually because of Hormonal changes in the body. Before a period or when pregnant. When your cycles are not regular you are not ovulating on a regular basis. Sounds like you need to see an ob-gyn and ask him. Hormones need to be in balance for breasts not to hurt and periods to be on time. Also consuming too much caffiene can make breasts sore too.

my breasts were really sore when i became pregnant with my daughter and i had irregular periods so you should probably just try to be careful with them and next time get birth control if you are not ready for a child. some BC can actually help that also

You are pregnant. Go get a home pregnancy test. If it was from your period you would experience it the same every time you get it. That was the most noticeable thing when I was pregnant. You are pregnant.

They tend to get sore right around your cycle, but if you really want to know for sure, CALL YOUR DOCTOR!
