Coffee will raise your blood pressure. Caffeine in moderation is well tolerated in healthy adults, so unless you have hypertension, coffee is okay even while fasting.
However is you are fasting for a blood test, stay away from coffee, drink only water to avoid invalidating the test results.

Yes it will, have some water instead. The caffafine in the coffee will increase your blood pressure. Have been in the hospital for a operation and they say no food for 8-12 hours but said I was allowed water if I got thirsty.

Caffeine will raise your blood pressure. Drink decaf if you are having blood pressure problems.
