Very slowly. Let the whiskers grow out past the crease and train the mustache to grow over them. You need the side whiskers to anchor the handles or they will droop. It takes a while. You may want to start by growing full facial hair. It is really hard to keep from over trimming it. Check out my 360. You may have to wait another forty years.

Those are so tacky, so why would you want one? Anyway, all you have to do is grow your mustache to where the ends are thin and long(you may have to groom them) and then apply mustache wax and curl upward.
