I held my liquids in a long time last night, and then wehn i went to the bathroom it wouldnt exactly come out, and its been sort of aching in the bladder area. Whats wrong. Im not planning to go to teh doctor, bc i dont believe its somtin serious, but wut should i do and what is it?

You might be having spasms. Drink a couple of glasses of water & make sure you go to the bathroom each time you get the urge to go. Try not to strain.

It is not healthy to hold it too long. A woman died in the States a couple of weeks ago from being in a contest to see who could hold their bladder the longest after drinking a large amount.

Try flushing your bladder w/ some cranberry juice, about 64 ounces.

Did you know that not going go to the loo when you suppose is dangerus, it cause constipation, bloatiness, even diarrhea when it finally decides for you to go. Next time listen to your body more carefully, don't take things for granted you'll regret it later on.

Probably a UTI. Go to the doctor if you continue to have this problem.
