I am a 23 year old male, 200 lbs, 5'11. t happens quite often when I am running or doing some other kinda cardio after about 20 mins. The pain is intense and it makes me stop for a breather... tkaes about 10 mins for the pain to go away. The pain is on the front side of my body, right below the rib cage on the left hand side.

i was palying the computer last night and i had to wipe my eye out a lot and it kept wartering up.then this morning when i woke up i had this dust like stuff sticking it together and i had to put some water on it to get it open and it's still watering.so what do i need to do.

I am recovering from an eating disorder and am currently at a healthy 8st 9Ibs however my periods have still not returned. Does anyone know how long it takes for your body to return to normal? I have not had a period for 6months and whilst going through my lowest weight range i was on the pill so never noticed i was not menstrating

i dont feel comfortable subjecting my daughter to such an extreme mesuare before all possiblities are exlpored. i mean the doctor didnt even order blood work. my child has had stomach pain for almost a month, with diarehha and vomiting. not constantly but she has had it often. she hasnt lost weight and the doctor says her stomach is soft so she doesnt think there is blockage. she hasnt had any disruptions in what she does or doesnt eat, no difference in daily activites and no fever. what other tests could be done?

I had my left ear syringed 4 days ago and the Dr said i would be able to hear properly again in about 2 or 3 days....i cant hear properly yet and my hearing is all muffled. As soon as i had my left ear cleaned out my right ear got blocked and now its reallly irritating me....why has this happened and when will my hearing go back to normal! please help!

I've been having this problem lately, no matter what I do, I cant seem to feel refreshed in the morning!! I get plenty of sleep, probably even more than I should. I have night classes from 6-9 every night, so because of that I can't get myself to go to sleep much earlier than like 11 or so. I was wondering if there could be some way that I could feel better in the morning.... cuz' sleeping til noon and still feeling exhausted is not right!!

Has anyone had a negative affect taking an antidepressant? For example I was on Lexapro last year and had to stop taking it because I ended up going crazy and very violent. Also are there any anti depressents that you have used that has had a postive affect on you. I am going to the doctor on Friday for depression and I would like to know about some of the better medications out there and the ones to avoid. You input is appreciated. Thank you

My wife (42) has been having multiple, inconsistent short periods the last year or so. She has always been on a 28 day cycle, with the exception of having our two children (5 and 3 1/2). Lately, she has had months with 2 or 3 periods lasting 5-7 days. She did go to the OBGYN, but we haven't heard the results. Anybody have any information on this ? She is not on any birth control pills. Thanks.

Like, When i turn my head, sometimes my neck cracks, is that normal? Im just wonderin, cause i strained my neck and back pickin someone up, and my doctor said it was muscle strain after pushin and proddin and askin questions. But ever since last week when it happened, when i turn my head, it cracks. Not every time, but is it normal? And my back did it to, right under my neck.

My sister (aged 21) has symptoms of viral meningitis; stiff neck, constant headache, sensitivity to light, tiredness, nausea and some vomiting, as well as a bout of tonsilitis.
The GP says that the above symptoms are all just as a cause of the severe tonsilitis. We're not happy with the doctor's opinion, but are quite isolated, and the doctor is the only doctor for about 25 miles, so going for a second opinion is not an option. She has been like this for 6+ days.
Please advise.

I've got this weird lump in my throat, it feels like I have to burp, but I don't really have to. but when I do burp, it relieves it for a minute and then goes back. Its not painful or anything, it's just really uncomfortable. Its like I've got this knot in my esophagus or something, or like a weird muscle contracting down there. I didn't do anything to strain it, or anything. It usually happens at night and happens like once a year.
