I work out a lot, and I assume it must be a bunch. But as simply a question of interest, I'd like to know how much I burn (glucose out of muscles and liver, bloodstream, a little fat maybe, how much muscle tissue is actually broken down itself, etc.) per workout. the more specific the formula, the happier I get. Will it get into body types, BMI, weight, reps, amounts of sets of one exercise, each exercise in the workout... A web reference would be greatly appreciated to where I can analize this issue to my meticulous heart's desire. Thank you very much.
PS - SCREW OFF if you are the type of user who says, don't worry about it, you're getting too specific, or the guy who keeps saying to build naturally with no supplements but only with Jesus... I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR VIEWS IF YOU DON'T CARE ENOUGH TO ASK THE QUESTION - DOES ergonomia WANT THIS INFORMATION - BEFORE YOU SEND IN SOME INANE, POINTLESS ANSWER. To the rest of you, thank you for not being retarded that way. Take care.
