You can't target burn fat away. You should do a combination of weight training and cardio. If you lift weights you'll gain muscle mass, which requires more calories to maintain therefore your metabolism will rise and you'll burn more calories while you're just sitting around. Don't monitor your progress with a scale but rather how your clothes fit you. Limit your cardio to no more than three 30-min sessions per week. Sounds like your doing pretty well with your diet so keep that up. Don't worry about getting big and bulky like a man, a woman's body doesn't produce enough testosterone naturally for that to happen. Good Luck.

You should get yourself the free Science of Fat DVD. It will show you how the brain and body regulate weight and why some people are hefty while others are lean.

If you don't exercise you won't lose weight, period. Talk to your doctor or a trainer about the best plan. By the way, if you lose 20 punds you should be fine.
