Lots of uninformed answers. Yes, guys have mammary glands, every boy produces milk at or near birth, some boys during puberty will find their breasts puffy and even secrete some milk. There are documented cases of guys producing milk when their wives are lactating, there is also a tribal group in africa where the men and women both breastfeed. Also cases where the male breastfed an infant following the death of the mother. Nature's way of continuing the race.

Some teen guys who lactate can stimulate their nipples and may lactate for several weeks. Not recommended though. Nipple suction does stimulate hormones in both guys and girls.

Sure, guys have mammary glands just like females. Many guys will produce a bit of milk during the teen years due to hormonal fluctuations. Most may only notice a bit of white or yellow crusty residue on the nipple, if anything. Others may actually leak occasionally or in rare cases even drip and be able to express or milk out the fluid. Usually lasts only a short while then goes away as hormones stabilize. Some guys have also been known to lactate lightly when their wife is breastfeeding.

That is a good question.Yes you can have breast like a female but unfortunately you cannot get milk out of it ,because there are no milk processing vessels in the male body( breast). the only way I think you can do some thing like you want is to do a trans plant and have harmones dosage to help get the breast to start producing milk which might or might not do the trick any way I think this is the answer for now .Wishing you all the luck in you endeavor.

the male breast is made exactly like the female but because of a differance in hormones they usually do not grow to be as big. That said if a man where to allow a child to suckle or if he pumped his breast they would eventually start producing milk. It would not me enough to feed a child but yes he could make milk with out treatments

Men have mammary glands just like women. With the correct hormone balance, they do have the ability to produce milk. Men undergoing treatment for prostate cancer often lactate because of the female hormones used to treat the disease.

A man can take estrogen, a female hormone, and develop breasts. However, milk production is the result of pregnancy. Although you could also take the hormones that trigger milk production, that would be much more complex.
