I think doing situps on an excercise ball would be better for your abs...

sitting on an excercise ball while working etc. will certainly help your posture (you can't really slouch, you'll lose balance), which will in turn help your core strength, but that's not really your abs.

The best way would be to get on the ball, lean back and operate the controls with your feet - all the while reaching your arms toward the ceiling.

well it depends on what you're doing with the exercise ball, because just sitting on it plaiyng video games won't do it.

no it will not because if your not doing noting you will not get a result for it

but if you moving you may get something but not abs

not if your gonna just sit upright in a tripod position. maybe you should brace your feet against a wall and lay on your stomach with your back straight and head up. now that would do it.
