While lemon juice can be helpful in cleaning out your system - which can lead to better elimination and weightloss - it can also be very acidic and can strip the essential fatty acids from your system (which is what keeps a body comfortable and runny properly). I myself was just warned of lemon juice because I had caused a problem in my gall bladder. Stopped the lemons and felt much better.

Just be careful. All things in moderation and if you get uncomfortable, stop and eat some bananas or veggies cooked in olive oil.

Peace!

It is not a diet it is a cleansing program. You will loose a bit of weight but the program was not designed as a weight loss plan.

You should not go through a diet of only one thing... It is unhealthy, the thing you will loose is water, then when you start eating normally again, you will gain it all back, how knows maybe even more then you lost!

it's not healthy or safe.
Why people think drinking lemon juice, pepper and syrup for a week is healthy or smart or going to be beneficial proves 1 thing: there's one born every day.
Headaches, dizziness, rotten breath, dry skin, back pain are so-called "normal' side effects.
