hi, i'm a generally tough chap and can take things in my stride.
about 2 weeks back, i joied a gym (2 hours a day) . ever since, i've been having a mild bit of depression. is this nornal? is it because of gymming?

Please help me. I had a hysterectomy a few months ago and since then instead of feeling better, i feel much much worse. I have bad headaches all the time and sometimes they turn into migraines in which I have to go to the doctor and get a shot. I feel horrible all the time like I have the flu, fever,upset stomach etc. I also have no appetite for sex!! My husband isn't happy, I might feel like sex twice a month!! I am going to my doctor who performed the surgery in a couple of weeks.Do you have any advice for me.I am 32 years old and feel 52!! I still have one ovary left,maybe it's not doing it's job. I've heard maybe I'm anemic or have thyroid problems or IBS or peri menapause...I need help.Living with a constant headache and tired all day(I forgot to mention that part) I'm tired and sleepy all the time. This is not a life,this is a slow painful death for me and my marriage,he tries to understand but he IS a man.What does he know about hormones and lack of sexual appetite? Help me ....

I havent been able to sleep well, I take herbs to help me calm down (kava kava) , but I still tend not to relax. My legs feel uncomfortable and I feel wide awake when im reality Im tired. I doze off a few minutes at a time.....please help. Im only 27!!!!

My boyfriend is a Marine on deployment overseas. He said he's been breaking out on his face, arms, and back with bumps that look like little mosquito bites. He also says he thinks he is losing hair. What could possibly be going on?

I've never been one to have bad headaches, but lately I've had several exteme ones with some weird symptoms. Within the last 2.5 months, I've had probably just two extemely painful headaches, with no other real symptoms and two which started with my right eye doing something funny, almost as if there were a glare and I couldn't see quite properly. The headache at this point wasn't so bad, but then I was talking and it was as if I couldn't for sentences and words properly without thinking really hard about what I was saying...it was a little scary. I knew what I wanted to say, the words just didn't come out right. Those two things lasted probably 15 minutes with only a mild headache, then the headache became worse and I slept it off. Anyway, I don't know what to contribute it to...stress, maybe caffeine (I have like 1 latte usually a day), I don't know...I think if it happens again I will go to the doctor, but I thought I would ask if anyone had experienced similar symptoms. I am still 25 yrs old but after my baby I look like a 35 yr old women. I had been put on a lot and now totally depressed with trying and nothing gaining. I had to gave up my job too behalf of my baby and now having major financial problems too. I can’t explain exactly my situation but I am really disappointed all abt. It all started on Saturday morning with painful coughing, then developed into aches and pains with a fever. My temp seem to peak at 104 on sunday. I went to the doctor on monday early afternoon .and he though it had a broncities, he perscribed me some cough syrup and anti-biotics..by monday the fever and aches disappeared, butmonday night it took an unexpected turn by adding nasal/sinus congestion and ear plugging. First one ear, then both by Tuesday. Ive been coughing mildly, sometimes coughing up stuff, sometimes just dry coughs. The over-the-counter nasal spray I took helped with my nasal/sinus airways. Today, I'm feeling better, but my ears are still both mildly plugged up by what feels like pressure.. Is this part of the healing process ? or something else I should have looked at ? Also, I seem to have a little cold sweating.

Fox News was sued by reporters who were to report on a case dealing with growth homones being used on dairy cows and the negative effect of their milk on a person's health .because they did not wish to go along with Fox News wish to say the opposite of what a study had shown that growth hormones DO have negative effects on health. Fox news fired these reporter and then was let off the hook for promoting a false medical report due to their right to "freedom of speech", even though it was a flat out lie.

I suffer badly with this type of headache in the past i have head headaches everyday for a month. The past week they have came back the fact that i banged my head last week is a wrorrie but then again i didnt hit it hard and i didnt get a lump. Last Friday I was diagnosed with a case of tonsilitis. I was prescripted AMOXICILAN for 5 days (3 tablets a day). I've never been prescribed antibiotics for that short of a duration. The antibiotics seemed to take forever to kick in. My sore throat just went away two days ago and my fever just let up last night. I feel basically alright now, but I still am naggingly coughing up green-colored junk from my lungs. Should I go back and get a second round of antibiotics?
