I havent been able to sleep well, I take herbs to help me calm down (kava kava) , but I still tend not to relax. My legs feel uncomfortable and I feel wide awake when im reality Im tired. I doze off a few minutes at a time.....please help. Im only 27!!!!

A nice warm bath with a nice scented candle in the room, soft music and a glass of wine! My company can help with 2 of those things. Deep breath by making your tummy rise and breathing out slow, at leasts three times, do this when feeling uptight.
Do you have anything with caffeine in it anywhere up to 12 hours before. That stuff can last that long in the system.
Do not eat anything for about two-three hours before bed.

Exercise is a great way to relieve stress as well as making sure you get enough rest and eat well. Simple things but they can make a huge difference in your state of mind.

You could have restless leg syndrome (RLS). See your doctor. There are treatments available that will relax your legs.

In the meantime, Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant. You can buy it where they sell vitamins. Try it.

Go jogging for half an hour or take a hot bath or drink some alcohol or do all three !

If you drink caffeinated drinks, you might want to try to cut down/stop drinking them. People's sensitivity to caffeine varies widely and you may be sensitive.
