Go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe Elidel - it is awesome! If you have no prescription coverage another good treatment I've found is Oxipor - you can find it over the counter but be careful - it contains Coal Tar and stinks to high heaven. But, it also will help to heal you. Hope this helps! Also make sure your skin is always hydrated and (I know this is the hard part) don't scratch, you will scar.

i have really bad eczema and my baby came out with a little bit too. i never have used any baby products on him because if he is prone to sensitive skin it will flare up. keep using the diprobase (most prob the moisturiser he has given you) don't use the steroid cream for as long as the doctor has told you i would only use it once a day before bed preferably once it clears up just use the moisturiser twice a day and it will go. i use elemis milk bath it is quite expensive but you can use this in his bath and wash his hair with it it doesn't lather up it smells really nice and is very moisturising i swear by it. also if you do decide to buy the milk bath keep it in the fridge if he starts flaring up pop a bit on it will cool it down aswell. make sure all washing powder is non bio use very gentle fabric softners also make sure his baths are not too warm this can dry out the skin. if he feels a bit dry before you bathe him put the diprobase on first then again after you dry him and use cotton sleepsuits. hopefully he will grow out of it most babies do i didnt get it until later i was 3 - 4 years old and thats why i still get it now also my mum plastered me in the hydrocortisone like the doc said which thinned my skin so now it is a vicious cycle scratch skin flares up use the cream over and over.

I suggest finding out what irritates it the most and avoiding that, also if you are prone to washing the area a lot (like your hands) go with mild soap without any color or fragrance.
You could also try Eucerine calming creme, but do look at product labels some ingredients can make it more uncomfortable.
