hi, i'm a generally tough chap and can take things in my stride.
about 2 weeks back, i joied a gym (2 hours a day) . ever since, i've been having a mild bit of depression. is this nornal? is it because of gymming?

exercise does not cause depression, in fact it does the opposite

Hi there,

well i think it may be possible. This is because different people may have different precipitating factor for depression. If you really feel that after going for gym you will get mild depression, I would suggest that you stop that and go for other type of sports. Maybe your condition may improve.
