It all started on Saturday morning with painful coughing, then developed into aches and pains with a fever. My temp seem to peak at 104 on sunday. I went to the doctor on monday early afternoon .and he though it had a broncities, he perscribed me some cough syrup and anti-biotics..by monday the fever and aches disappeared, butmonday night it took an unexpected turn by adding nasal/sinus congestion and ear plugging. First one ear, then both by Tuesday. Ive been coughing mildly, sometimes coughing up stuff, sometimes just dry coughs. The over-the-counter nasal spray I took helped with my nasal/sinus airways. Today, I'm feeling better, but my ears are still both mildly plugged up by what feels like pressure.. Is this part of the healing process ? or something else I should have looked at ? Also, I seem to have a little cold sweating.

Just sounds like you have the starts of a possible sinus and ear infection, which may not respond to the same antibiotics you are on for the bronchitis. If your ears and sinuses continue to be troublesome, especially if they become painful, head on back to the doctors. They may clear up on their own otherwise.

All the surgeon would have to do is do a white blood count and if it is elevated then it is most probably a appendicitis. Gallbladder pain comes from gall bladder stones. One other test they can do is an Ultrasound and visualized the gallbladder and it will be slightly enlarged. Why you have suffer all this pain, I don't understand. You have the right to see another doctor as a second opinion.
