people are soo brainwashed. I cannot beleive it. I read another question where it asked "how healthy is indian food?" and everybody said "oh, it is soo fattening!" Can you believe that?
What should you eat instead ? Indian food uses plenty PLENTY of many different vegetables, rice (which is high in energy, low in calories) , spices and herbs (very healthy) and this talk about ghee being fattening, you look up the nutritional value of this it is a healthy fat. very high in nutrition. I have eaten Indian food quite a lot , been to India, people there are the healthiest people you will find anywhere, very health concious about everything, been this way for thousand years. I bet people saying this crap are the same cattle who follow along with what the latest like the Atkins die t b.s.! What do you people advise instead ? Diet cokes? diet candy bars? they are healthy arent they?Rice will make you fat , espeically indian rice! it is made them terrorist people you know
