Diet and exercise. I have been doing a regimine of Weight Wtachers and Tae Bo. I have only been doing it for 5 weeks and I already toned up alot and lost 7 pounds! You just need to REALLY want it! Also see if a friend or family member wants to do it with you. That way you could be eachothers inspiration

I lost some pounds only two times of all times I tried... First time was when I started running (really good for burning fat!). Second time I was a bit depressed! I don't recommend that! So start running and good luck.... !

To keep the pounds off 'for good' as you put it, you must change your eating habits 'for good'. Don't try a diet for a few months then STOP...Most times your weight may return. Do NOT use diet pills as they are not healthy. Modify your current eating habits and be sure to drink lots of water, eat less carbs and surely do more walking...exercise is key.
You can also make certain that you add extra fiber to your diet.

First - Don´t go on a diet... Learn how to eat well and exercise, and look at it as a new way of living. Maybe allow you once a week a break and eat something you like but you know is not healthy. After a while, your tastes will change, and you will not like unhealthy food anymore.

At this time I am on a diet and I have been drinking slim fast. I used this product off and on. Also you have to exercise. Start off by walking. That never hurts. You can also change your diet. Eat salad and more vegetables. Best of Luck. It is very hard at first but you can do it.

But not vigorous exercise, cuz it only convert all your fats into muscles and you look muscular.i suggest you follow my way.
