10 pounds is just excess water weight, cut down on sodium intake and sodas. Also add a few extra steps to each of your trips IE. when parking in a lot park out a little further.

You can't loose 10lbs in 2 weeks that's unhealthy and you will gain the weight back. The most you can loose in a week is 2 lbs healthy. Just cut down on the fat foods, soda, etc. Workout for 1-2 hours a day maybe 4 days a week because your body needs to relax. Run, jog, walk for 15 minutes. Go to the gym. Do pilates it's good for you. Go swimming or do some cardio workout. Eat 5 small portion meals not 3 big ones. Don't eat after 7:00 pm. Don't excercise 2 hours before bedtime. Also go to sleep at a nice time. Don't skip meals.

I was a size ten from 17 to 23 years of age. I have been a size 2 to 4 for twelve years now without real dieting or strenuous workouts. I am 5' 5" and 118 lbs, even after having two children. My secret? I eat throughout day and I only eat things that aren't full of partially hydrogenated oils, saturated fats or tons of refined sugar. I eat DO sweets, i.e. chocolate, I drink coffee, I eat carbs.....but what I DON'T do is eat large meals, fast-food (unless it's a broiled chicken breast or something junk-free like that), food that has a unnecessarily high fat content (costco muffins, for example, have up to 68 grams of fat per muffin which exceeds the recommended allowance for THE ENTIRE DAY based on a 2300 calorie/day diet!), starve myself or restrict calories. Life's too short to completely ban chocolate from my diet.
My mantra? Eat like a bird. I eat little portions, (about 1/8th of a typical resteraunt's huge portion up to 1/2 of what would be considered a "smaller portion"), about every two-three hours. I park far away from where I'm going and walk briskly to get there. I take stairs whenever I can. I do my own yard work. I just stay active....but I don't go to the gym. I have 12% bodyfat as indicated VIA the water displacement method, one of the most accurate methods available, which is actually a bit under the "recommended minimum" for women.
I hope you are successful in acheiving your goals and if any of my feedback helps you in your endeavor, please let me know. I wish you all the best-
Kelly

In order to lose weight here is a healhty way I think would work:
1.Drop your food intake by about 300calories/day to start so your body isnt going through a drastic change
2.Do at least 45minutes of cardio/day be it walking, running, eliptical, stairs, dancing, etc. Something you enjoy would motivate you more. Fact: your body only starts burning fat after the 1st 20 minutes. The first 20minutes its just burning water weight. So you have to shoot for fat burning to lose weight.
3.Healthy weight loss should be about 1lbs/week and max 2lbs
4.When you go groccery shopping stay away from the isles and shop for the fresh veggies, meat and poultry section. Go around in a circle not through isles this guarantee's healthier diet in the long run as well.
5.Try and eat smaller portions, this will train your body to eat less and pick healthy food.
6.Choose to walk to the store instead of driving, do more rounds in the mall, take the stairs..get into active behaviors
Step 4-6 leads to a healthier more active lifestyle to keep the weight off after you lose it. Good luck :) I hope this helps

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://www.browneyea.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Walking and green tea. Give up coffee if you drink it. Coffee stimulates the hormone cortisol which can prevent you from losing the weight. Green tea flushes the system with providing the additional benefit of tons of antioxidants.
I lost 10 pounds the first 2 weeks I switched from coffee to green tea. I have friends who also found it to be similarly beneficial. Walking (I was up to 5 miles per day before the snow) helped me to lose 50 pounds in 5 months.
Good luck to you!

Non-fat foods. Lots of veggies.
I find that if I snack quite a bit throughout the day, on good foods such as carrots, fruit, cottage cheese, etc., I'm not so hungry at regular meals and won't over eat. Drink 8 - 8oz glasses of water a day, and do whatever exercise your comfortable with.
Good luck to you.

Walking every day for about 30 minutes does wonders. But you must be patient.

you should probably eat something more than salad. something with more nutrients and eventually you will want something with more flavor. stick to things that are low calories and fat and exercise properly. everything in moderation
