I get what should be more than enough sleep at night (10hrs) but still, I'm tired all day and can barely muster the energy to make it through my classes. Even though I have plenty of things I'd rather be doing, i'm so tired that sleeping takes precedence during any free time I have. My body feels heavy and fatigued. I know its a pretty broad problem, but help anyone?

for attacks of impulsive rage outbursts. the feeling your gonna lose it. ive had this since 17, im 29 now, and although its greatly improved, the feelings are still inside, although im not having the outbursts anymore. which used to happen mainly in public, i would shout and lash out at folks. im deeply remorsefull about this, and what to address this problem, so im trying to find the answers...i used to have a numb strange detached feeling before i lost it to...

i used to go to aa, but stopped going a few months back due to reading stuff about it being a cult and christian brainwashing etc. however, it also has its good points such as providing emotional support and giving you the opportunity to boost self-esteem by being of use to others. i'm thinking of going back there but i'm worried about all this cult stuff. what do you think?

My cousins said her house is packed sky-high with junk and they cannot move other than little aisles. She is not on medication and will not go on it. Her husband has just accepted the behavior. It has been going on for quite awhile. It has become desperate and we are afraid something bad will happen or the house will be condemned.

have you managed to quit without using patches,gum etc? I have tried patches but cant use the stronger ones as they give me migraine the lower ones are not really strong enough,the gum tastes foul.im thinking of going cold turkey AGAIN! has anyone any tips?

I am not at all trying to make fun or light of the disease or its sufferers but I have this question and possibly a cure . Why don't they just give anorexics pot? I mean 2 bowls a day and they'd be putting on the pounds I guarantee it and they'd be happy and laid back. Just a suggestion...what do ya think?

Its really bad a few weeks ago he broke out with this insane rash. When he was taken to the doctor, I was told that it was because of his asthma.
