What is the fastest way to lose fat around your waist and tummy.. I am 5"1 and 108 lbs and i found that if i gain weight..it usually goes to my tummy area...any specific exercises or foods that i can take to help reduce it?

I am asking for a friend of mine, he is a diabetic who is not well controlled nor has been for anumber of years, he smokes 20 a day. For a year or so now he has had on and off occasions when there has been no ejaculation fluid of any sort when he climaxes. Now it is just about every time he comes that there is no fluids at all, he has no pain, but obviously this is affecting him and his girlfriend

I workout regularly and do 30 minutes of various kinds of cardio. I also do a lot of ab workout to get a flatter stomach. I'm not cut but I am certainly not chubby, however I've noticed that I have a hard stomach but it bulges a little. I can see a six pack, but it sticks out like I have huge stomach muscles.

Does anyone know how to reduce these big stomach muscles?

i have a REALLY sore back
sore breasts
ive been throwing up like every other day when i wake up
its hard to eat some things cuz i feel like im gunna get sick
my body feels like i just ran a marathon even tho i havnt done much of anything
mood swings

umm idk thats just some of the few things that i feel like are different right now

Okay, I accept the fact that I have to do at least 45 to 60 minutes of cardio to burn fat. I wasted hours in the gym before learning that about myself. I don't have the luxury of taking it easy. SO, since you clicked this question, I'm assuming you're the same way. My question is WHAT DO YOU DO AT HOME THAT WORKS when you can't make it to the gym? What makes you sweat and see results after hard work? Thank you!

I keep getting a feeling of pressure building up on areas of my hands then a pop and a bruise appears. At the moment I have 3 of these on one hand about the size of a one pence. Anyone experience anything like this before and any ideas what causes it? I haven't hurt my hand or banged it against anything - I can just be sitting doing nothing when it happens.
